Jarret Jones has been a competitor all his life and a fighter for a better part. Started martial arts after high school sports ended and instantly fell in love. Reaching the MMA pro-circuit level by the age of 21, he was already coaching grappling, MMA, and fitness full time. He opened a successful crossfit gym at age 26 and retired from MMA shortly after, dedicating his martial art practice to BJJ with professor Bruno Bastos. For 12 years he crafted his art of fitness and BJJ training every day. Studying the details of movement, performance, recovery, and nutrition in the fitness and sport world and taking notes. After training many competitors over the years.
In 2022, Jarret sold his Crossfit gym and dedicated his craft to BJJ athletes and practitioners with EAT_2_Fight, an online BJJ performance and nutrition coaching service.
