To be a stronger, faster, healthier version of yourself on the mats. And a solid nutrition plan has to be in place to make that happen. Instead of giving out general meal plans and telling you what to eat (which you only follow for a short period) we COACH you with a habit based nutrition practice by increasing your knowledge of foods and how they affect your body and performance. We build off your current habits and give you the tools to know when, how much, and what to eat……..and then hold you accountable to them with daily tracking and check ins. Daily meal tracking is easy and reliable with our custom app, displaying your daily calories, macros, and habits. Your coach is able to follow along in real time and get to the exact formula of nutritional actions and habits to lead you to success.
